Sonntag Grant For Photography
The Sonntag Grant for Photography, in collaboration with Replika Publishing, invites FLINTA (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender) artists to apply for a photobook open call.
We are looking for projects that can challenge the boundaries of the book as form. In particular we are looking to support artists and work that might not otherwise find a path to publication and offers space for under-recognised voices and projects rooted in conceptual depth, material inquiry, and artistic dialogue.
Submissions are open globally from April 1 to midnight on May 31, 2026 (Berlin/CET).

One artist is selected to work directly with Replika Publishing to produce a new photobook. The print run will include at least 350 copies, with 50 copies going to the artist.
After completion of the project there will be a book launch event hosted at Bildband Berlin, with travel costs up to €300 and accommodation for the event covered.
Projects should be finished or at an advanced stage of development. Applicants are asked to submit up to 20 images from the project, selected from a substantially larger body of work.
Group Exhibition
This year marks a decade of Replika and to kick off a series of events to celebrate such an occasion, we are opening our studio for the evening and inviting a selection of recent replika collaborators to present their works in progress.
Come for a drink with us, it’s been too long since all of Replika has been in the same place at the same time. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
